What is kosmos kpop?
kosmos kpop was established in 2023 and is based in California USA. We are here to provide a variety of official merchandise to support your favorite artists!
Are your products official?
We currently only carry official merchandise from your favorite artists!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Please check back for an updated list. But for now, if you are able to checkout successfully with your address, we will ship to you :)
Returns, Refund & Exchanges
Returns
We currently have a 10 day return policy, You will have 10 days from delivery to request a return and ship out the package.
Items must be returned in the same condition received. Any tags should still be attached and items should be unopened and sealed if applicable. All inclusions and freebies must be included in the return.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
EXCEPTIONS - these items are currently ineligible to be returned:
- Pre-Order items
- Lightsticks
- Photocards (individual cards, packs, and set
- Sale items
Once we approve your return request, we will send a label and instructions. Please allow 7 business days after we receive your return to inspect the return. If everything looks ok, we will approve the refund. We will subtract the return shipping cost from the refund. Original shipping costs to the customer will not be refunded.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Once we ship out your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.
Orders containing pre-order items cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
In order to make an exchange, please request a return and re-purchase.
Missing/Incorrect/Damaged Items
If your order is incorrect, please contact us and send us an unboxing video. We are unable to help without an unboxing video.
We are not responsible for defects and misprints, or missing inclusions that may be found in sealed items, since we are unable to inspect them.
Outer boxes are meant to protect the product and may have flaws, and cannot be returned or refunded for that reason.
Photocards may have minor manufacture defects or flaws, and cannot be returned or refunded for that reason.
Shipping
Processing Times
After placing your order, it will typically take us 2 to 5 business days to process.
Damaged/Lost Packages
kosmos is not responsible for damaged or lost packages during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any related issues.
Incorrect Address
kosmos kpop is not responsible for undelivered, misdelivered or returned packages due to addresses that are inputted incorrectly.
If a package is returned to us, and you would like it to be reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
